  At this particular restaurant that I work at we used to have a steak that was easily 2" thick. One Friday night I had a guest that was scarfing down this steak like most indivduals of the bovine genus do, and he started to choke. Well as you would guess it was only me in the room at the time, and I calmly performed the heimlick manuever on him. After the second thrust administered by me, the meat came flying out of his mouth and he was able to breath again. He then spent the remainder of the evening telling everone within earshot of my timely response and his gratitude for saving his life. You know what I got for a tip on the bill? Yep, 10% . I should have let the *#*%^&$$* choke.
